Over the course of the year, we manipulate our hair so much….blow drying, flat ironing, extensions, crochet braids, color, highlights, henna….the list is endless.

The one thing we neglect to do for our hair is to set goals. You want healthier, longer, more yummy hair?  Set a goal! Yes, #hairgoals 

Here are some of mine:

  • Drink tons of water – Join me for our #hairyum #waterchallenge from Jan. 2-31st.
  • Eat more vegetables & fruits – Healthy hair starts from within. Click HERE to learn how you can go vegan.
  • Workout at least 30 mins a day, 3-5 times a week – just 30 mins a day can prevent a heart attack!
  • More Steam – steam is so good for my hair. I love steaming my hair….
  • Deep Condition with our blueberry deep conditioner – weekly.
  • Rest – Going to bed early and getting up earlier are great for the mind, body, and soul.
  • Protective Styles – more updos, twist outs, and wash-n-gos!
